Doug Biggs

Doug Biggs was born and raised in Ames, IA. Doug holds a BA and an MA in History from Iowa State University and a PhD from Minnesota. The bulk of his published work rests in the late 14th and early 15th centuries. He has taught in British Universities and given papers all over the country.

Course Description

This course will cover the history of Medieval England from the Norman Conquest to the end of the Wars of the Roses. We will learn about politics, war, religious issues,and about royal control of the kingdom.
