Hybrid and Online Course recordings

OLLI at Iowa State utilizes Zoom videoconferencing for the online aspects of our courses. This also gives us the ability to record courses for registered participants who cannot attend the scheduled classes. This is completely your decision. The recording will only be available to class participants, OLLI staff, and yourself.

Online Course Test Runs

If you are offering an online course and are not familiar with presenting in Zoom, we offer the opportunity to do a test run prior to the start of the term in which you will be teaching.

Our normal room set up includes tables and chairs for class participants, and all A.V. equipment provided by OLLI at Iowa State. Please list any special room arrangements you may need such as: no tables with chairs in rows or in a circle; or you may need a flip chart with markers; or if you will be bringing special equipment (like musical instruments, or large display items).
