Course Description
We often fixate on modern outbreaks like COVID-19, but the historical death tolls from past pandemics dwarf recent outbreaks. From ancient plagues that destroyed empires to viruses that silently stole millions of lives, the scale of these pandemics has been staggering in their range and in the degree to which they changed entire societies.
