After 75 years, McFarland Park Lake was ready for some improvements. This talk will cover the entire restoration project, from start to finish. Items such as nutrient issues, access to the water, and fish population renovation will be discussed.
Pat Shehan has been an outdoors person since before he could walk. Years of being outdoors hunting and fishing led him to pursue a career in outdoor management. He has over 26 years of experience in all aspects of outdoor recreation from Law Enforcement through Habitat, Fishery, and Wildlife Management. This project is a prime example why he wanted to get into this field.
