Course Description
Do the study of nature, four-star hotels, Kiwi cuisine, and tramping/hiking in diverse ecosystems go together? They sure do on New Zealand’s South Island, where you can explore subalpine, rain forest, beach, forest, and other ecosystems in close proximity. Learn about tramping in these areas and savor nature in this special part of the world. Be ready to, as Kiwis say, “rattle your dags” for this “sweet as” presentation.
