Course Description
This course is offered as a follow-up to a class given in the Fall of 2025 on Counterfeit Consumer Goods. Participation in the previous classes is not required as this class will be an extension of that course with new information on counterfeit consumer goods that could affect consumers’ health and well-being. A brief update on the issues will be given, with a significant focus on promotional advertising techniques used to promote fake products and endorsements aimed at draining your wallet, and, more importantly, potential health hazards.
