Course Description
We will look at how and why the United States became involved in a debatable war in Southeast Asia. With the help of several author’s scholarly works, we will learn about how our leaders portrayed what was happening in Vietnam to the American public.
Instructor
Chuck Achter has been a life long educator. He spent his career teaching and administrating in high schools and teaching at Iowa State University. He has been designing and teaching classes for OLLI for the past 8 years.
